	Put Your Best Voice Forward (PDF) Viewers can learn “hidden” skills that may help them get or keep a job. For example, by using a telephone headset, you can easily gesture while talking. Even though your listener can’t see the gestures, your voice automatically becomes more animated. You’re more likely to smile when using gestures; believe it or not, smiling causes your voice to sound brighter, happier, and less constricted.
